"When I was planning for the trip of a lifetime. Eight weeks coast to coast with my own bike shipped from Sweden and for four weeks rental for my daughter Marie on the west coast I contacted many dealers in the L.A. area. Noah was very helpful with rentals details and also setting up time for service of my ride. After my four weeks on the road I met up with Marie in Oxnard and Noah and Jan was really, really helpful and service minded. They helped us with much more than one can expect and the shop did an exe lent job with the services (I needed two since I rode 14000 miles). So if I ever can come to California again I'll deal with them for sure. Will recommend Ventura Harley dealership in the future. (Sorry it took me so long to find this "Testimonials page".)"

"After having my bike serviced here again, I felt I should mention the quality of the service department. Tommy at the desk was great & I would especially like to commend Scooter for a job well done. "I had originally ordered a 2011 Sportster SuperLow throught the Overseas Military Car Sales program. But upon coming back home from deployment I recieved a number of emails about delayed manufacture and delivery of the bike. That same day I happened to go to the dealership to buy a helmet and a jacket and the first bike I laid my eyes on was the SuperLow. I had told my story to Jan and she went above and beyond any and all expectations to get me on that bike. "

"I visited Simi Valley on business last week and reserved a rental through HOG fly and ride program. While in a business meeting, I met another HOG member and we discussed my plans on renting and riding the PCH. He had a hard time changing flights and discussed this with the rental department and they went above and beyond to try to make his dream of riding the PCH. He was eventually able to get a later flight out but we were both impressed with the customer service that was extended in meeting him before opening hours to return the rental so he could make his flight. Kudos to Noah and everyone at Ventura HD. You get five stars for your effort and excellent service. Thanks again for all that you did, and see you guys next year. P.S. anyone renting a harley from out of town...you MUST ride Mulholland Hiway in Malibu. It is simply amazing!"

"I recently purchased the HD extended warranty with tire and wheel coverage for my 2008 Ultra Classic from Jan. Within a week I had my first flat tire in 35 years of riding where I actually got stranded. Being a HOG member, I called roadside assistance and they sent a flatbed to take my bike to a local dealer. Since the contract was so new, the warranty company didn’t have any record of my coverage. Jan called the local dealer and took care of the warranty information so I had no out-of-pocket expense. Excellent customer service like this is just another reason so many of us riders are loyal to the Harley-Davidson brand and our local dealers. Thanks Jan. "

"After finding a pre-owned Harley in the Cycle Trader, I was a bit concerned about driving to Ventura since I live in Long Beach. After talking to Randy and Dan on the phone, I was convinced that I should make the drive.
