"I recently purchased the HD extended warranty with tire and wheel coverage for my 2008 Ultra Classic from Jan. Within a week I had my first flat tire in 35 years of riding where I actually got stranded. Being a HOG member, I called roadside assistance and they sent a flatbed to take my bike to a local dealer. Since the contract was so new, the warranty company didn’t have any record of my coverage. Jan called the local dealer and took care of the warranty information so I had no out-of-pocket expense.
Excellent customer service like this is just another reason so many of us riders are loyal to the Harley-Davidson brand and our local dealers. Thanks Jan.

"After finding a pre-owned Harley in the Cycle Trader, I was a bit concerned about driving to Ventura since I live in Long Beach. After talking to Randy and Dan on the phone, I was convinced that I should make the drive. Their follow up on the phone and then personally meeting with Dan and Rick (who I actually purchased the Harley 1200 Sportster from) was definitely worth the trip up the 405!
